Cut Ltd. was created by Annabel McCourt in 2007.

 

Annabel McCourt is a diverse artist filmmaker, whose work ranges from gritty social-realist work, (informed by over 20 years working in the arts and broadcast industries), creative art and broadcast projects (including 5 years in the industry as a BBC employee, counting the pioneering Digital Storytelling project) and so forth, right through to arthouse films and gallery installations. Her first exhibition was a solo show in Plymouth in 1998 and since then she has filmed in the jungle, directed drama films in prisons, taught on Native American Reservations, worked with young people in care, production-managed international artists’ projects and made her own TV mini-strand.
